Hosted by Noria Corporation: Machinery Lubrication Engineer (MLE), delivered by Noria Corporation, focuses on building the capability to design, implement, and sustain an effective lubrication program across a site or organisation. This course provides the framework to move beyond task‑based approaches and establish a structured program that delivers measurable improvements in equipment performance and maintenance outcomes. The MLE curriculum is aligned with the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) body of knowledge and is widely recognised as the benchmark certification for lubrication program leaders. Participants develop a deeper understanding of lubrication strategy, contamination control, oil analysis integration, program design, and continuous improvement. The focus is on connecting technical practices with business outcomes — reducing downtime, improving asset life, and embedding lubrication excellence as part of overall reliability strategy. The course is delivered in person over four days (Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm), with an optional certification exam available on Friday after course revision.
