Mobius Institute Extends Its Accredited Vibration Analysis Course Offerings by Adding a Master-level Course in Accordance with International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 18436-1 and 18436-2 Standards for Category IV Vibration Analysts. The Master Vibration Analyst course provides the highest level of vibration analysis training and certification available to worldwide industrial plant personnel and vibration analysis consultants.
In accordance with International Organization for Standardization (www.iso.org), ISO 18436 standards, this course provides comprehensive training in the subjects of fluid film instabilities, rotor-bearing dynamics, mass stiffness and dampening, modal analysis, frequency response functions, phase, coherence and operating deflection shapes. The course is held in two separate sessions covering a minimum of 64 hours of training, with an option to take the certification examination at the end of the second course period.
