About this Course
Field Lubrication Category I is a four-day course Monday-Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm. This course is designed for reliability engineers and those responsible for lubrication and cleanliness control tasks. With an experienced instructor using interactive simulations and 3D animations, you will learn the fundamentals of lubrication including lubricant composition, appropriate lubricant selection, and lubricant application methods. Field Lubrication CAT-I includes both Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA I) and Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT I) topics, making it the ideal overall training course for those requiring formal training in selection, application and management of lubrication. The certification exam has 70 multiple-choice questions with 2 hours to complete. There will be a review session held on the Friday prior to taking the certification exam at 12pm. Upon completion of the course students will be provided a course completion certificate with three (3) CEUs attained.
