About this Course
This Intermediate Vibration Analysis course is intended for personnel with at least eighteen months of vibration analysis experience and a thorough understanding of vibration theory and terminology. The course thoroughly studies machinery faults and their associated spectrum, time waveform, and phase characteristics. You will learn to collect the right data using the correct vibration analyzer settings. In addition, you will learn about shaft alignment and balancing to improve the equipment's reliability. The key is that with the VCAT-II course, you will transition from being a person who is primarily capable of collecting data to a person who can diagnose faults in critical machinery and some cases, prevent or correct them.
