Can I submit a Purchase Order?

Yes you can, however we need to have your company setup into our system. Contact us by telephone or email us for more information.

I cannot make the course I registered for, what are my options and what do I do?

Select a new course date from our course schedule, and then contact Mobius Institute. If you require a refund, you may request a refund if the scheduled course you purchased is greater than 10 business days before the course starts.

I cannot purchase online or use PayPal, how can I purchase from Mobius?

No worries! Contact us at learn@mobiusinstitute.com and our friendly sales staff will be happy to help you with alternative credit card or purchase order processing.

We no longer use Purchase Orders, can I make a verbal purchase?

We can work with you on this. Contact us at learn@mobiusinstitute.com and our friendly sales staff will be happy to invoice you. Please note that your invoice will need to be paid in full 10 business days before the scheduled course commences.

What is Mobius Institute's cancellation policy in regard to scheduled public courses?

You may cancel your attendance to a Mobius Institute course, and receive a refund prior to 10 business days before the scheduled course commences. For more information, contact us.
